EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us within a week of receiving it at sales@kickybox.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address. 

Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we unfortunately are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.  


All orders will be shipped within 2-5 BUSINESS days (sometimes sooner) of being received. We currently only ship within the Continental United States.
